Usage:

Drying process:

Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove generates hot air, hot air mixed with wet sawdust and then sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower , flowing and go though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus the wet sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is  discharged from the outlet with air lock.

ORB Industrial hot air Dryer  Working principle: The work process is that air stream is formed through the negative pressure of blower, the materials enter into the pipe through the feeder, so that the hot wind and the materials mix together, and the moisture is separated from the materials when passing the cyclone, then the materials are dried.
